Terms & Conditions

1) An authorisation hold is a temporary hold of funds on your debit or credit card when a purchase is made. Depending on your card, the funds will appear as a deduction on your statement, or as a reduction in the balance of available funds until the booking is confirmed.

2) If your booking expires or is rejected, the authorisation hold will appear as a refund, or the amount will be released back to your payment account. This process may take up to 7 business days, depending on the processing time of your bank.

3) Once a refund has been initiated, you will receive the refund as a credit on your payment card in the same currency as what you paid for.

4) The refund takes approximately 5–10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on the individual bank's processing time.

5) Refunds may sometimes be reversed instead. When this happens, the original charge will no longer appear on your credit card statement and a separate credit will not be issued.
