Terms & Conditions

1) We are currently offering a 28 day no quibble return if the product is unsuitable for a full refund. After this we can offer an exchange or gift card.

2) As long as your product is unopened you can return your item within 14 days. If your product is opened and unsuitable, you can return your item within 28 days for a full refund.

3) Once your returned goods are received by us, it usually takes 3-5 working days depending on your card issuer, for the refund to appear in your bank account. However this can take up to 14 days.

4) Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.

5) Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
