What is CashBack?

Cashback means money back. PERA HUB is giving you a portion of your spending back to you when you make an online purchase through the Cashback links using your Customer Reference Number (CRN).

How do I get the CashBack?

CashBack will be credited back directly to your PERA HUB VISA Prepaid Card.

How do I avail of a PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card?

You can apply for a PERA HUB VISA Prepaid Card in any PERA HUB branch for P100 and you will get the card instantly. Customer needs to accomplish the application form and present 1 valid ID. Note that only one (1) card per customer is allowed. You may visit bit.ly/2XsFI7b to check the nearest PERA HUB branch in your location.

Will I be able to avail of the CashBack, even if I don’t have a PERA HUB Visa card?

Yes. You can still avail of the CashBack even without a PERA HUB VISA Prepaid Card, but you can only get your CashBack once you avail of a PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card as your CashBack would be credited directly to your card. You only have 60 days from your purchase date to be able to get a PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card and redeem your earned cashbacks. Any cashback amount that is left unclaimed for more than 90 days since the date of purchase will be forfeited.

What is a Customer Reference Number?

Customer Reference Number (CRN) is your 12 alphanumeric character ID used so we can credit the rebate to your PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card account. Your CRN only needs to be encoded once and it will be automatically populated in your next visit if you are using the same device.

I don’t know my Customer Reference Number, what do I do?

Your Customer Reference Number (CRN) is located at the upper right portion of your PERA HUB Transaction Receipts. If you no longer have any copy of your transaction receipts, you may also contact PERA HUB’s Customer Service Team at (02) 8812-9209 and they will provide you with your CRN. You can also visit the nearest PERA HUB branch to get your CRN.

Do I need to wait for an accumulated amount to get the CashBack?

No. The merchant will send out the CashBack payment once the purchase was validated successfully. Upon receiving these funds, the cashback will be credited directly to your PERA HUB VISA Prepaid Card.

Do I need to have a PERA HUB account to get the CashBack?

Yes. You need to have a PERA HUB account and a PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card since the CashBack will be credited in your card directly.

I had a problem in logging in or clicking the link provided to go to the product with CashBack. What do I do?

If you discover that any of our landing pages or affiliate links are down or broken, please do not hesitate to contact us by dropping us a message in the feedback form. Some programs that you have installed can update the “Hosts” file of your computer, which may interfere and cause problems with the CashBack program.

Why didn’t I get Cashback?

Your CashBack might not have been tracked due to the following reasons:

1. You may not have clicked from the newsletter CashBack links when making a purchase. Unfortunately, if you did not redirect to the store of choice before the order, we will be unable to track your order and thus no CashBack will be awarded.
2. You may not have followed the Merchant Store’s Terms & Conditions when ordering through the rewards card newsletter CashBack links. Every partner store comes with its unique set of Terms and Conditions. If you fail to adhere to them when ordering, we will be unable to earn commission from our partner stores and hence, no CashBack will be awarded. You can access each partner store's Terms & Conditions on the pop-up pages generated by the rewards card newsletter CashBack links.
3. CashBack takes around 90 days to be processed and reflected in your account.
4. There was a cancellation, return or exchange of your order. CashBack is only awarded for successful orders and will not be awarded for cancellations, returns or exchanges.
5. You have ad blockers or disabled cookies applied to your browsers.
6. You do not have a PERA HUB CRN
7. You do not have a PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card

The amount of cashback was incorrect. What do I do?

Your CashBack is calculated based on the following factors:

1. For certain stores, the percentage and/or amount of CashBack awarded is not fixed and is calculated based on different tiers (e.g. different categories of products and new/existing customers).
2. Check the CashBack tiers for every store on each pop-up page (generated by the rewards card newsletter CashBack links) to know the amount of CashBack you will be awarded before ordering

How much cashback do I get?

The CashBack amount differs per merchant. Customers may get 1%-15% CashBack. You may check the CashBack tiers for every store on each pop-up page (generated by the rewards card newsletter CashBack links) to know the amount of CashBack you will be awarded.

How long will it take me to get my cashback?

The cashback should reflect on your PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card within 90 days depending upon the merchant.

Does cashback expire?

No. The cashback accumulated in your PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card does not have an expiration. Though, if you still don’t have a PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card upon your purchase through the CashBack link, you only have 60 days to purchase a card to still get your cashback.

How do I know how much I’m going to get from marketplace sites like Lazada and Shopee?

Marketplace sites like Lazada, AliExpress and Shopee have different rates for different categories. The percentage and/or amount of cashback awarded is not fixed and is calculated based on different tiers (e.g. different categories of products, and participating brands). Please check the individual merchant pages to view the categories and their respective cashbacks. Lazada, AliExpress and Shopee have the right to change the cashback rate at any time.
