Promo Terms and Conditions

1. The promo is open to all PERA HUB customers who will shop online in select merchants via FindShare’s CashBack microsite.
2. Customers may get up to 15% CashBack per purchase made at select FindShare Affiliated Online Merchants for transactions made via the CashBack microsite.
3. Customers have to go to their chosen merchant/s via the CashBack microsite and complete the order to be eligible for the CashBack.
4. Percentage of CashBack varies per merchant and is indicated in the CashBack microsite.
5. Once the customer is redirected to the merchants’ official website, the terms and conditions of the merchants on the purchases shall apply.
6. Cashback is only awarded for successful orders and will not be credited if there’s cancellation, return or exchange of order/s.
7. The CashBack will be credited directly to the customer’s PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card within 90 days from the purchase date.
8. If the customer still doesn't have the PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card, he/she must purchase a card before the CashBack expires after 60 days from the purchase date.
9. Employees of PETNET, Inc, (PERA HUB) including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are qualified to join the promotion.
10. The prize is non-transferable but convertible to cash.
11. Any dispute concerning the products of the Findshare Affiliated Online Merchants shall be settled directly between the customer and the participating merchant.
