Terms & Conditions

1) You cannot cancel an order once a Dispatch Confirmation is issued. If you wish to seek further information or assistance, please Contact Us.

2) You shall examine the Products immediately upon collection / delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service at Contact Us at the time of collection/delivery; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.

3) For home delivery, you may hand any faulty or damaged Products, or incorrect items back to the driver at the time of delivery, we will process the refund within 30 days. If you discover any defect or damage inside the packaging after delivery, the Product may be returned to the Look At Me store upon approval of the return request.

4) 4. Exchange or refund of the Product may be arranged for the following reasons: a. If the Product is obviously expired / damaged upon collection at the store / at time of delivery; b. If the Product is expired / damaged inside packaging after collection/ delivery; and you contact customer service within 7 days. c. If the Product ordered is different from the item collected at the store/ delivered.

5) Products returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price which you had paid at the point of ordering. The manner of refund will depend on the mode of payment originally made by the Customer:

6) 6. For debit/credit card payments, refund will be done via payment reversal and may take 1 to 2 billing cycles, depending on your bank’s processing time. In case of delay, you may contact your card-issuing bank to get the details of the reversal. a. For GCash and GrabPay payments, refund may take 5-7 banking days b. For DragonPay payments, refund requests are to be made through this link c. For Look e-Gift Cards, refund will be through provision of new gift card code and may take 3-5 working days.
